Trade!

The Milwaukee Bucks have apparently secured a new center. ESPN says Tyler Zeller comes in on trade from the Brooklyn Nets.

For Zeller, the Bucks are sending Rashad Vaughn and a second round pick to Brooklyn in 2018. The pick will only go to Brooklyn if it falls between position 31 and 47, otherwise it would go to Phoenix because of the Eric-Bledsoe-Trading. In this case, the Nets would receive the 2020 second-round pick of the Bucks unprotected.

Zeller will give the Bucks a new backup for Starting Center John Henson. This season he has averaged an average of 7 points and 4.6 rebounds, having previously played for the Cavaliers and Celtics. Milwaukee is one of the league’s weaker rebounding teams this season and is hoping for Zeller’s support in this area.

Meanwhile, Vaughn is hoping for another chance in Brooklyn. The 21-year-old Swingman was awarded 17th place in 2015. But Milwaukee never really played a role in Milwaukee and scored only 3.1 points on average.
