NFL: Cancellation of Indianapolis Colts: Agent parted with Josh McDaniels

After Josh McDaniels surprisingly hadn’t yet taken up his job as head coach of Indianapolis Colts, his agent drew the consequences and quit his collaboration.

According to media reports, Bob LaMonte strongly advised his client McDaniels against withdrawing his commitment to the Colts, saying,”My word is my bond,”LaMonte is quoted by the Sports Business Journal on Wednesday:”If you break it, there’s nothing left.”

Accordingly, LaMonte is said to have been astounded when he heard about his client’s decision, as several media reported. LaMonte went so far as to say to McDaniels that he commits “professional suicide”.

LaMonte is busy and represents several other coaches and officials in the NFL, including Colts General Manager Chris Ballard.
