MLB: MLBPA organizes training camp for players without a contract

The camp will be held on the premises of IMG Academy in Bradenton/Florida and the former manager of Houston Astros, Bo Porter, will be in charge of the event. However, personal trainers will not be present.

In addition, MLBPA will be responsible for travel, accommodation, daily salary and insurance. The camp will be opened next Wednesday and until the 4th day of the camp. March.

Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic also reports that a few players who are under contract will also take part in the camp before they join their teams to show their support with their non-contractual colleagues.
