Handball: Foxes Berlin jump to second place

The Foxes Berlin have advanced to second place in the Bundesliga. On Saturday evening, the capital city club won 25:19 (14:12) against the owls of Ludwigshafen.

Hans Lindberg was the best thrower in Berlin with seven goals, while Pascal Durak, Jonathan Schulz and Azat Valulin scored three times each for Ludwigshafen.

With 32:8 points, the foxes are the closest pursuers of defending champion Rhein-Neckar Löwen (34:6).

Behind Berlin in the table are Hannover Burgdorf (31:9) and Flensburg-Handewitt (30:10).
