The stumbling champion Brose Bamberg has to worry more than ever about participating in the playoffs in the German Basketball Bundesliga after his fourth consecutive defeat.
Bamberg lost to Science City Jena 68:85 (38:49) and lost the second game after coach Andrea Trinchieri returned to the sidelines. s. Oliver Würzburg, on the other hand, celebrated an important success in the battle for play-off places in his 79:69 (34:31) victory over Rockets Erfurt, the rising star.
The Wuerzburg team made the sixth Rockets bankruptcy in a row and climbed past the Bamberg team, now in tenth place, to ninth place. Jena is in 13th place due to its first success after three defeats. Erfurt remains third last.
