Olympia 2018: Gold in mass start for Kuzmina – Dahlmeier und Co.

In the gold medal of the Slovakian Anastasiya Kuzmina, the German biathletes went empty-handed for the first time in the mass start race at the winter games in Pyeongchang.

The best of the quartet was Oberwiesenthal’s Denise Herrmann with a gap of 1:04.2 minutes as the eleventh in front of Franziska Preuß (1:15.9).

Five-time world champion Laura Dahlmeier, who had won gold in sprint and pursuit as well as bronze in the singles, finished 16th after two mistakes in the reclining shooting with a gap of 1:47.1 minutes. Vanessa Hinz was 25. to the finish line (3:29.4).
