Olympia 2018: Incredible!

Who’d have thought it?! A ski fairy tale took place in the women’s Super-G in Pyeongchang. For a long time it looked as if Anna Veith had won the gold medal after being intercepted by surprise winner Ester Ledecka with starting number 25 by one hundredth.

Anna Veith already gave her interview on ORF after the Czech snowboard world champion Ester Ledecka’s ride took everyone’s breath away. Ledecka’s best Super G World Cup result was a 19th place. This was not really to be expected.
