Olympia 2018: speed skater Herzog over 500 m fourth, Kodaira to gold

Speed skater Vanessa Herzog took fourth place at the Winter Olympics over 500m. The European Champion from Tyrol was in the gangneung Oval on Sunday 0.17 seconds behind the third-placed Czech Karolina Erbanova. Favourite Nao Kodaira won the gold medal and the Japanese rider set an Olympic record with a time of 36.94 seconds. Silver went to South Korea’s Lee Sang-hwa.
