NHL: Grubauer wins with Capitals, Islanders lose without Greens

National goalkeeper Philipp Grubauer and the Washington Capitals regained the lead in the Metropolitan Division with an away win in the NHL.

At the Buffalo Sabres, which came last in the east, the capitals won 3-2 and moved past the Pittsburgh Penguins (74) with 75 points. Grubauer arrive at his 20th birthday. Seasonal use 32 parades.

Without the injured national goalkeeper Thomas Greiss, the New York Islanders lost 3-5 to Minnesota Wild after two consecutive victories. With 64 points, the Islanders slipped from second wild card place at the Eastern Conference.
