NFL: Dolphins bind Landry with franchise day

The Miami Dolphins have tied receiver Jarvis Landry with a franchise day for another season. As a result, Landry receives the average salary of the top five NFL players in this position – around $16 million.

According to Ian Rapoport, however, the Dolphins gave Landry a non-exclusive franchise day. Thereby another club could also oblige him in theory.

If this happens, the host club would have to send two First Round Picks to Miami as compensation.

Until 16. On 1 July, the Dolphins and Landry could also agree on a long-term contract.
