WBC World Champion Deontay Wilder has taken a verbal strike against his potential opponent Anthony Joshua. The US-American accused Joshua, who currently owns two belts (IBF and WBA), of listlessness and insecurity.

Wilder claims Joshua is just a “money cow” milked by his promoter Eddie Hearn. Wilder emphasized that only because the world wants to see Joshua and him in the ring is there being fought against each other.

Joshua is listless and doesn’t have what it takes to fight poachers.”He doesn’t have the self-confidence,”said the 32-year-old.

The Joshua camp didn’t take long to answer. Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn criticized Wilder’s “One-Man-Salesman Mission”.

Before the long awaited showdown, Joshua must pass against Joseph Parker. Wilder also fights against Luis Ortiz.
