NBA: Schröder to play in Germany:”Would be great”

National player Dennis Schröder of the Atlanta Hawks dreams of an NBA game in his homeland.

“It would be great to play in Germany,”said the basketball professional from Braunschweig. The Point Guard and his team would prefer to come to Berlin.

“That would be incredible,”said the 24-year-old:”In my second year we started in London. In January 2014, Atlanta had lost to the Brooklyn Nets (110:127) in the British capital.

The Hawks play a weak season and will not make it into the play-offs this time. Before the games this weekend against Master Golden State Warriors on Friday and the Phoenix Suns on Sunday (21:30 CET/DAZN and SPOX) the team in the East is penultimate.

We have a young team and we will learn from the experiences of this season. We’ve gotten better and have a bright future,”said the playmaker.
