NBA: Cavs: Will Love return earlier than planned?

Kevin Love is working on his comeback after his fracture in the hand. He seems to be making progress, as he has recently expressed his optimism about an early comeback. He also commented on his “new” team.

Love was on the 30th. Since then, he has missed twelve games since then. On Friday (local time) he took part in a training session of the Cavaliers again and took midrange throws from the dribbling.

“It would be great if I could get back before the end of the eight weeks,”said Love after training. I’ve already started throwing and dribbling and I’m going to do this bit by bit with my left hand,”he added,” and he can now catch balls again with both hands.

His team was turned to the left during his injury break around the trade deadline. With the newly formed team, Love was not yet on the scene. But he likes what he has seen so far:”We are faster in transition than before. We penetrate and fit the ball with a great pace.”
