DEL: ERC Ingolstadt and US striker Brett Olson extend ERC Ingolstadt by one year

The ERC Ingolstadt from the German Ice Hockey League has extended the expiring contract with his US striker Brett Olson by one year “He has played a very strong main round. He is an important part of our team,”said sports director Larry Mitchell.

Last summer, 31-year-old Olsen had moved from the Austrian series champion Red Bull Salzburg to Upper Bavaria. In the main round he played 44 games, scored 13 goals and prepared nine more. Ingolstadt finished fourth in the main round and will face Adler Mannheim in the quarter-finals.
