NFL: Media: Dolphins Consider Dismissal of Ndamukong Suh

Rumors have been going around for a few days now, and the reports are spreading: according to several reports, the Miami Dolphins are actually considering releasing Defensive Tackle Ndamukong Suh.

Several local media, including the Miami Herald, have already reported the considerations in South Beach. Since yesterday, ESPN has also jumped on the bandwagon: rapporteur Dianna Russini confirmed the reports that Miami is considering dismissal.

The bottom line is that the Dolphins seem to want to find out whether Suh would be open to a pay cut. Otherwise, the team would be prepared to dismiss the dominant defensive tackle.

Suh stands for 2018 with a monstrous cap hit of 26.1 million dollars in the Dolphins books. Miami theoretically had until the 19th century. March time to make a decision. Then 8.5 million dollars of his base salary (17 million) will be guaranteed.
