Biathlon: First World Cup victory: Hinz wins mass start in Kontiolahti

Vanessa Hinz surprisingly celebrated her first victory of her career at the Biathlon World Cup in Kontiolahti. The 25-year-old relay world champion from Schliersee showed a flawless performance at the shooting range on Sunday in the mass start over 12.5 km and won ahead of the Italian Lisa Vittozzi (1 penalty round) and the French Anais Chevalier (1).
