NBA: Clippers: Bradley drops out after surgery for the rest of the season

The Los Angeles Clippers will have to give up Avery Bradley for the rest of the season. The shooting guard had to undergo surgery.

As the franchise announced on Tuesday, Bradley’s surgery was successful on the adductors and abdominal muscles. The regeneration will now take six to eight weeks. A comeback during the regular season is therefore impossible.

The 27-year-old Bradley had changed from the pistons to the clippers before the Trade Deadline in the course of Blake Griffin’s trade. There he played only six times (9.2 points, 3.7 rebounds) due to injury. Next summer he will become a Free Agent.
