Ski Alpin: Sofia Goggia wins Super G in Aare, Tina Weirather takes the ball

The downhill Olympic Champion Sofia Goggia (ITA) won 0.32 sec on Thursday at the World Cup final in Aare. Viktoria Rebensburg (GER) won the last Super-G of the season, Lindsey Vonn (USA) was third.

The Swiss Lara Gut fell, so that the crystal ball for the SG classification went to race sixth place Tina Weirather (LIE) as in the previous year.

The best Austrian was Anna Veith in eighth place.
