The Chicago Bulls signed Sean Kilpatrick. According to media reports, the Guard will receive a three-year contract in Windy City. The 28-year-old receives the shirt number 0.
The commitment has already been confirmed by the team. According to information from Shams Charania (Yahoo Sports), this is a three-year deal and the Bulls will have a team option for the next two years after this season. If Kilpatrick meets the full length of the contract, he is entitled to approximately $6.2 million.
The Guard is to receive around 2.1 million dollars for the rest of the season. Paul Zipser’s team uses part of the mid-level exception to reach the defined salary cap limit.
The 28-year-old began the season with the Brooklyn Nets, from whom he was dismissed as well as later by the Milwaukee Bucks. The Los Angeles Clippers gave the Guard another chance, but after the second ten-day contract he signed in Chicago.
In 43 season games Kilpatrick played 4.4 points and 1.4 rebounds. His best season was 2016/17, when he played 70 games for the Nets, averaging 13.1 points and 4.0 rebounds.
