NBA: Doncic uncertain about jumping into the NBA

Luka Doncic could be the top pick of this year’s drag. However, the Slovenian now explained that it is not yet certain whether he will dare to join the NBA in the coming season.

“I’m not sure if these will be my last two EuroLeague players,” Doncic told eurohoops.net about the Final Four. “We haven’t made a decision yet, maybe we won’t do it until after the season.

Most recently, there were rumours that the Phoenix Suns could make the 19-year-old a top pick, not least because they made Slovenian national coach Igor Kokoskov the first European coach in NBA history. He had publicly described Doncic as a prodigy.

Doncic is currently playing with Real Madrid for the EuroLeague title. The Guard scored 14.5 points on average this season, hitting 46 percent of his shots out of the field.
