NBA: Media: No Los Angeles Lakers player is untouchable

The Los Angeles Lakers are happy with their young core, but according to media reports, no player is untouchable. However, the Lakers should always have an open ear for possible offers.

This is reported by Tania Ganguli of the Los Angeles Times. This means that all young players, including Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball, Kyle Kuzma and Josh Hart, would be available. This would not be offered openly, but the Lakers would listen to calls if the offers were interesting.

The Lakers have now missed the playoffs for the last five years and are actively trying to create capspace. With the trades for Brook Lopez, Isaiah Thomas and Channing Frye, the Lakers have at least room for a Max contract this summer.

As goals LeBron James and Paul George are considered, whereby above all PG-13 flirts already longer with a return to the homeland. The Lakers also want to put themselves in a good position for 2019, if Kawhi Leonard, Kyrie Irving, Kemba Walker or Klay Thompson were likely to be available.
