NBA: Cavs-Forward Kevin Love reports fit for game 1 of the finals

Kevin Love of the Cleveland Cavaliers can participate in Game 1 of the NBA Finals (tonight at 03:00 LIVE on DAZN). According to the Cavs, the Power Forward has left the Concussion Protocol of the NBA and is allowed to play again.

The American had collided with Celtics-Forward Jayson Tatum at the beginning of Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals and then had to pause due to a concussion. As a result Love also missed game 7 of the series.

After the Cavaliers reached the final, it was not clear whether the Power Forward would be available for the first final against the Golden State Warriors. Now it is clear: The Cavs start with Kevin Love in game 1 of the NBA Finals.

So far Kevin Love has played 13.9 points and 10 rebounds in the playoffs. So while Kevin Love can now play, Warriors will definitely miss Andre Iguodala’s first game of the series.
