NBA: Durant: If you want excitement, watch films

For the fourth time in a row, the final pairing is Golden State Warriors vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers. Warriors Guard Klay Thompson doesn’t want to know about this, however, and instead advises the other teams that they are simply not good enough. Kevin Durant has a similar opinion.

“It’s not our fault,” said Thompson, referring to the fourth edition between the Warriors and the Cavs. “I think the rest of the NBA just needs to get better.”

In the night from Thursday to Friday the finals start with game 1 at 3am in Oakland (live on DAZN). Golden State won two of the three series against the Cavs, while only 2016 could prevail.

Kevin Durant also sees no problem in the fact that the same teams meet again and again in the finals. “It may not be as exciting or dramatic as many people would like, but there are movies or music for that,” Durant drew an interesting comparison.

Even LeBron James of the Cavs claimed not to be bored to meet the eternal rival from the Bay Area again. “If you want to play against other opponents in the post season, you just have to beat them.”
