NBA: Wants to pilot CP3 LeBron to Houston?

Chris Paul will certainly play with the Houston Rockets again next season, even though the CP3 contract expires in the summer. The Point Guard is already busy luring LeBron James to Houston.

“Chris will return to Houston,” explained Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. “Right now he’s not so much interested in his own free agency, he’s busy convincing LeBron James of the Houston Rockets.”

Both Paul and James (if he does not withdraw his option) become free agents in the summer and have been good friends for years. They have often said that they would like to play together.

If anything, this would probably happen in Houston, as CP3 is likely to sign again in Texas. “He will be with us 100 percent next year,” General Manager Daryl Morey told the Houston Chronicle a few weeks ago.

Whether LeBron actually goes to Houston, however, is completely open. The favorite for the megastar at the moment seems to be the Los Angeles Lakers, but even staying with the Cleveland Cavaliers is not out of the question.
