NFL: Body found in Giants Player’s house

Janoris Jenkins has some unpleasant days ahead – at least. A body was found in the house of the New York Giants Cornerback in New Jersey on Tuesday, and the police have now started their investigations accordingly.

This was confirmed by the authorities to NFL network insider Mike Garafolo. According to reports, Jenkins is currently in Florida.

The Giants simply told the NFL Network: “We are aware of the situation.” NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said, “We’re on top of what’s happening.”

Meanwhile, the victim has already been identified: It is the 25-year-old Roosevelt Rene, who is said to be a friend of the Jenkins family. This was reported by the Associated Press.

The report also states that the police consider strangulation as a possible death. So far, no suspects have been named by the authorities.
