NBA: Media: Contract extension for Coach Kerr

The Golden State Warriors have reportedly agreed to extend their contract with head coach Steve Kerr. I want him to be one of the best paid coaches of all time.

This is reported by ESPN insider Adrian Wojnarowski. Accordingly, the Warriors have extended Kerr’s contract, which originally ran until 2019, by several years.

More exact details are not yet known. According to Woj, however, the Kerr deal is to become one of the best paid coaches of all time. His five-year contract, originally drawn up in 2014, was worth around 25 million dollars.

Kerr finished his fourth season as head coach at the Dubs, winning the championship three times. His record in the regular season is 265-63, in the playoffs 63-20. 52-year-old had health problems in the past, including a back operation.
