NBA: Hunt for LeBron: Is Denver getting a meeting?

The Denver Nuggets are reportedly meeting with Free Agent LeBron James. They would unexpectedly enter the race for the superstar.

This is reported by Chris Mannix of Yahoo Sports. Accordingly, the nuggets will now put their full focus on arranging a meeting with LeBron and his agent staff in the Free Agency, which started today, Sunday.

This is quite surprising news, as the nuggets had not yet appeared in the rumours surrounding LeBron James. However, the franchise did its homework beforehand and has already extended it with its own free agents Will Barton and Nikola Jokic. That’s what should attract LeBron.

Whether it works with a meeting, however, is very questionable. On the one hand, LeBron is said to have stressed several times that he does not want to meet any teams for the time being – and on the other hand, a lot seems to amount to a decision between the Cavaliers and Lakers.
