NBA: Dante Exum extends with Utah Jazz

Dante Exum has reportedly agreed with the Utah Jazz media to extend the contract. The Restricted Free Agent signs for three years and $33 million.

ESPN insider Adrian Wojnarowski reports that the Australian Guard has already agreed to the conditions. The 22-year-old Exum is considered a promise for the future. After returning last season after a shoulder injury, he averaged 8 points in 14 games.

However, the Australian has already been knocked out several times by injuries. In August 2015, he suffered a cruciate ligament rupture and was eliminated for the entire season. In a preparation game for last season, he dislocated his left shoulder and returned to the field for the playoffs.

Exum was selected fifth in the draft by Utah Jazz in 2014. He is best known for his good defense and game overview. In Jazz he will rotate with Ricky Rubio and youngster Donovan Mitchell on the Guard position.
