NBA: Knee bruise: Summer League for Wagner over

Moritz Wagner had to end the Summer League game early on Wednesday night due to knee problems. Now he’s going to miss the rest of the Lakers.

This was announced by the franchise on Wednesday after Wagner had completed an MRI examination. This showed that Wagner had bruised his left knee.

This concludes a convincing Summer League for the No.25 pick, in which he had played 13.6 points and 9.2 rebounds against the Knicks in Las Vegas and Sacramento before the game was abandoned prematurely.

For the Lakers, however, a game against the Clippers will continue at night on Friday. Isaac Bonga, the other German rookie in the service of the Lakers, will then continue to be at their disposal.
