NFL: Josh Gordon missing in Cleveland Browns Training Camp

The Cleveland Browns will start their training camp without Josh Gordon. According to its own statements, the Wide Receiver follows its own preparation plan.

Gordon explained via Twitter that he will not participate in the start of the training camp on Wednesday. The videout attributed this to his current treatment plan.

“To my Cleveland Brown and NFL families,” Gordon wrote. “I want to contact you personally and let you know that I am not only physically but also mentally great. You’ll notice that I won’t be in Cleveland during the start of training camp. “I want you to know that this is part of my overall health and treatment plan.”

Gordon returned to the NFL stage last season after almost three years of abstinence. Before several suspensions due to violation of NFL regulations, Gordon was on a par with the league’s top receivers.

In 40 games, Gordon has collected 179 receptions for 3,089 yards and 15 touchdowns. Prior to the season, the receiver received a new one-year contract for $790,000.
