NBA: Media: Carter signs with the Hawks

Vince Carter is reportedly joining the Atlanta Hawks. This is his 21st NBA season.

This is reported by ESPN insider Adrian Wojnarowski. Carter will sign in Atlanta for one year and $2.4 million.

The 41-year-old veteran is thus entering his 21st NBA season. In Atlanta he joins a team in the rebuild. He must have been a mentor and role model for the young players.

The Hawks are the eighth NBA team in Carter’s career, who finished fifth in 1998. Last season at the Sacramento Kings he scored 5.4 points and 2.6 rebounds on average.
