NBA: Manu Ginobili to end his career?

Manu Ginobili of the San Antonio Spurs has still not made a decision on whether he will continue to string the sneakers in the coming season. According to media reports, however, facts could still be created this week.

This is reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. According to this, Ginobili is not yet sure whether he wants to add another 17th season in the NBA. To clarify matters, the Argentinian will meet with coach Gregg Popovich this week to talk about the future.

The 41-year-old spent his entire NBA career at the Alamo River. The Spurs pushed the Guard in the second round in 1999, but it was only in 2002, after several years in Europe, that Ginobili took the plunge across the pond.

Ginobili still has one year contract in San Antonio, through which the veteran can still collect 2.5 million dollars. In his 16 years with the Spurs, Ginobili won four titles with the Spurs, was voted All-Star twice and won the gold medal at the Olympics with Argentina.
