MLB: Lost bet! Swagger hairstyle for managers

Scott Servais has a new haircut. The manager of the Seattle Mariners made a bet that he had made with Closer Edwin Diaz.

In July Servais had agreed with Diaz that he would have his hair cut according to the model of his closer if he reached 50 saves in the season. On Saturday Diaz reached this milestone and the manager had to get on the hairdresser’s chair.

The official Seattle Mariners account presented the impressive result on Twitter. “He took it pretty well,” Diaz told MLB.com. “He looks like the manager with the most swaggers in the league.”

For the purpose of this action Diaz even had his personal hairdresser flown in. “I told him to be ready to go anywhere as soon as I made my 50th save. And he said, “Yeah, we will!”
