NFL: Strike over! Thomas continues for the Hawks

Earl Thomas has probably ended his strike and will join the Seattle Seahawks again. This was reported by NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport on Wednesday.

According to this, the Safety has decided to fulfil its last year in accordance with the contract and to run up for the Seahawks. In return, Seattle is said to have agreed to remove almost all of the 29-year-old’s sentences resulting from his absence.

In addition, Thomas posted a statement on Instagram stating that he “never let down his teammates, his city or his fans,” nor did he plan to “get started this weekend.

Thomas stayed away from the team the whole offseason and made his position publicly clear: “Prolong with me – but if you don’t want me, then trade me. I understand it’s a business.”

For a long time a trade to the Dallas Cowboys was under discussion, but the front office of the Seahawks did not want to agree to a deal.
