NFL: Bell: Steelers listen to trade offers

The Pittsburgh Steelers seem to have lost patience with Running Back Le’Veon Bell. According to media reports, the franchise is now ready to listen to trade offers for the running back.

According to a report by Adam Schefter, the Steelers are now listening to offers for Bell after the running back didn’t show up for the team before Week 3. This could mean the end of his time in Pittsburgh.

Bell forgoes around $850,000 per game, but continues to make no attempt to return to the team. During the week, for example, he was seen jet-skiing and in a nightclub.

The Running Back is unhappy to have been placed under the franchise day for another year by the Steelers. Although this would mean a contract worth 14.5 million dollars, Bell wants a long-term contract. However, the Steelers do not want to make such an expensive investment for years to come.
