NFL: Rams: Both Cornerbacks are cancelled

The Los Angeles Rams have only marched through the season so far – in the coming weeks the task will probably be more difficult: The two starting cornerbacks Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters will be cancelled for the time being.

ESPN insider Adam Schefter reports that Talib has sustained an ankle injury that will take him out of action for at least a month.

Peters, however, was worried that he suffered an Achilles tendon injury against the Chargers – but instead it is probably only a calf blasphemy that only forces him to stop for a short time.

Among other things, Peters will probably not be fit for the game against the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday evening, which could make the rams-secondary a problem. The Vikings come fresh with the debacle against Buffalo in mind, but have one of the top receiver duo league wide in Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs in their ranks.

After the duel with the Vikings, Los Angeles has to go out with the Seahawks and the Denver Broncos before the Green Bay Packers come to visit in week 7.
