MLB: Seller spits during game on Pizza

The Detroit Tigers were in a sensation: a 20-year-old employee of a food service company in Comerica Park was accused of spitting on a pizza for a customer in a video that appeared on the Internet.

The video shows Jaylon Kerley spitting on food during a tiger game. The charges are for a crime and misdemeanor against food law. An indictment could even bring him up to four years imprisonment.

The video showed up on Instagram at the weekend. It has now been established that the video was recorded on Friday when the Tigers received the Kansas City Royals. Kerley was then arrested on Sunday and dismissed from his job.

His deposit has been set at ten percent of $100,000, and he must be tested for infectious diseases.
