NBA: Harden gives debarment because of violation: “Nothing dramatic”

James Harden of the Houston Rockets has given the all-clear after his injury replacement in the 89:100 defeat against Utah Jazz.

“It’s not bad, it’s not dramatic,” said the shooting guard after the game. His departure in the fourth quarter was merely a precautionary measure.

As in January, when Harden missed seven games with a thigh injury, it pinched the reigning MVP in the leg. Rockets coach Mike D’Antoni confirmed that Harden felt a hardening of the thigh. However, the pain is not comparable to the situation at the beginning of the year: “It’s not as bad as last year,” Harden explained.

Harden will be examined more closely on Thursday to determine the severity of the injury. It is still unclear whether the next home game on Friday against the Clippers is in danger.
