NBA: Dispute between Magic and Walton? LeBron: “I’m not interested”

LeBron James spoke about the current situation in the front office of the Lakers on the fringes of the 114:110 victory in Portland, but does not want to overestimate it. Instead, the King is optimistic about the future of his team.

“I don’t really pay attention to the whole thing, I don’t care,” James said in response to rumors that Lakers President Magic Johnson had asked head coach Luke Walton to report during the week.

What is much more important at the moment is that the team is concentrating on its performance on the floor: “We have to find out how we can act better as a team, that’s all that matters at the moment. We want to get the most out of it and win as many games as we can.”

It should work with patience, because you are still in the early stages of the season. “We are much better than we were two weeks ago,” James said confidently. “And in two weeks, we’ll be even better than we are today. Every game, every journey, every video analysis brings us closer together and shows us what we can expect from each other.” The next chance to show the improvement is already on Sunday, when the Lakers are going against the Toronto Raptors.
