NBA: G-League: Wagner shines – Bonga changeable

Moritz Wagner was once again sent to the G-League by the Los Angeles Lakers and convinced in the game against the Teaxs Legends immediately. Isaac Bonga also has his share in the success.

Wagner used a total of 28 minutes, which he used for 21 points (9/15 FG, 3/6 Dreier), 3 rebounds and strong 7 assists. Especially in the third quarter, which the Lakers won with 42:28, things went really well for the Big. Among other things, the Berliner sank two triples in a row.

Isaac Bonga, on the other hand, came back after his ankle injury and scored in 28 minutes 9 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists, but also 6 ball losses. But the outstanding man for the Lakers in the 123-113 win was Svi Mykhailiuk, who had been sent to the G-League like Wagner. The Ukrainian played 29 points and could hardly be stopped from the distance (7/9 three).

At the Legends, the Dallas Mavericks farm team, Rashad Vaughn (20) was the busiest scorer, while Kostas Antetokounmpo was not. The Lakers won their fourth win of the season and are now eleventh in the Western Conference, while the Legends finished eighth with a score of 5-6.
