Boxing: Tonight LIVE on DAZN: Wilder vs. Fury

Deontay Wilder meets Tyson Fury in the heavyweight fight tonight from Saturday to Sunday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. In this article you’ll learn where you can follow the fight in the livestream.

Wilder defends his WBC heavyweight title in this fight.

Tonight from December 1st to December 2nd the fight between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The event starts already at 3 o’clock in the morning German time.

The Main Event between Wilder and Fury is scheduled for around 6am.

You can see the fight between the American Wilder and the Englishman Fury in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy exclusively on DAZN.

In addition to many martial arts events, the DAZN streaming service offers many other sports highlights. For example, DAZN shows matches from the Champions League, Premier League and all matches from the Europa League, Primera Division, Ligue 1 and Serie A live and exclusively.

In addition, US sports fans also get their money’s worth, because DAZN is the German home of the NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL. A subscription costs 9.99 euros per month and can be cancelled at any time at the end of the month. Click here for the free trial month.

The American Wilder is currently the champion of the WBC (World Boxing Council). He won this title in January 2015. In addition to the WBC, there are also the associations WBA, IBF and WBO. Their champion is the Englishman Anthony Joshua.

“Talking is easy, tomorrow it will be decided,” said the wilder, who came on stage with an extravagant face mask after being provoked several times by puppet Fury. “Tomorrow I can let out everything that’s accumulated in me.”

Fury weighed 116 kilograms, about 20 kilos more than Wilder.

On 28 November 2015, Tyson Fury boxed against Vladimir Klitschko, who had been undefeated for over eleven years. He won after twelve laps unanimously on points. He became the new heavyweight world champion of the associations WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO.

His title was revoked in December 2015 as he did not compete against the compulsory challenger Vyacheslav Hlaskov.

Deontay Wilder has won 39 to K.O. in his 40 matches to date. Only the Canadian Bermane Stiverne could not put Wilder in his place early on. This gives him a knockout rate of 97.5%. This is the highest of all time at his association WBC.

Deontay Wilder wasn’t supposed to fight against Tyson Fury, but against multiple champion Anthony Joshua, but the fight didn’t happen. This could look different in 2019. Joshua himself emphasized several times that he wants to fight against savages:

“Yes, I want to fight him next,” Joshua said. “This would be an ideal fight for the fans, for myself and for my legacy. So why not? Nothing’s signed, nothing’s agreed. I don’t want to give people false news. But this is the fight I want, this is the fight we all want, and this is the fight that should take place.”

The possible date is 13 April 2019 and the venue will be London’s Wembley Stadium, which, according to media reports, will hold 100,000 spectators. That would be 10,000 more fans than when Joshua fought Klitschko.

If Wilder is defeated by his English challenger, Joshua would still be interested in a fight against him. “I will fight Deontay Wilder next, even if he loses,” he affirmed. However, there is a clause for an immediate rematch in the Wilder versus Fury combat contract.
