NHL: Grabner with horror injury to the eye

Michael Grabner suffered a serious eye injury at the NHL game against the St. Louis Blues this weekend. The Arizona Coyotes striker took a stick shot from his opponent against his right eye.

“At least the moustache is still intact,” wrote the ÖHV crack on Instagram. The 31-year-old has played 25 games for his coyotes so far, scoring six goals and five assists.

Grabner will be missing the Coyotes indefinitely, as the NHL club announced on Sunday.
