NHL: Draisaitl-Assist – but Oilers winning streak broken

Leon Draisaitl scored again in the NHL, but could not prevent the end of the winning streak of his Edmonton Oilers.

Without captain Connor McDavid, who has not been on the ice for the first time since January 2016 and 235 consecutive games, the Canadians were beaten 4-1 by the Dallas Stars.

The Oilers had won three times in a row last time and had thus touched their way to the play-off spots to one point. The gap to eighth place is now two points again.

Draisaitl prepared for Jujhar Khaira’s 3-1 goal, which was his first goal this season. It was the 17th assistant to the 23-year-old from Cologne this season.
