NCAA: NCAA: Zion Williamson with new Dunk-Show

Zion Williamson and the Duke Blue Devils have delivered the next show in the NCAA. Against the brave Hartford Hawks Williamson and the other top prospect R.J. Barrett turn up after the break, whereby Duke finally wins sovereign with 84:54.

Williamson didn’t dominate as much as he did in the first weeks, but in the end there were 18 points (8/14 FG), 12 rebounds and 3 steals in the box score. The forward missed two dunks, but still delivered some spectacular flight deposits.

His highlight play came in the second half, when Williamson first stole the ball at the midline and then served it over the board with an Alley Oop in a 2 against 1 fastbreak against his colleague Barrett and an opponent for a furious slam.

Barrett, who is also considered a potential No.1 pick, finished the game with 27 points (10/14 FG) and 15 strong rebounds. For the other Lottery Pick at the Blue Devils, Cam Reddish, on the other hand, little came together. The forward only scored 5 points (2/12 FG), but still scored 4 steals.
