ATP: Struff in St.

Three days after his decisive victory in the Davis Cup play-off against Portugal, Jan-Lennard Struff is at the ATP tournament in St. Gallen.Petersburg entered the last sixteen.

Despite the change from sandy to hard court, the 27-year-old from Warstein defeated the Croatian Borna Coric 3:6,6:2,6:4.In the relegation duel in Portugal, Struff had won the decisive third point for the German team by beating Joao Sousa and thus made the class retention perfect.
