ATP: Djokovic:”I’m still injured.”

Novak Djokovic has stayed away from tennis courts since the end of the season.

Whoever thought Novak Djokovic was already well-prepared for the coming season would be mistaken:”I’m still injured,”said Djokovic on the sidelines of a basketball game in Athens.

According to the Serbian press, Djokovic has been training in Monte Carlo off the course and will now consult his doctors again in Belgrade.The plan is to play the Australian Open in January, including a preparatory tournament.

Djokovic has not played since his Wimbledon outing and shortly after announced the end of the 2017 season due to elbow problems.
