Kateryna Bondarenko secures her first WTA title as mother in Tashkent.

Kateryna Bondarenko is now one of the most exquisite players to have won a WTA title as mother.The 31-year-old Ukrainian triumphed at the WTA International Tournament in Tashkent.Bondarenko won the final of the Uzbekistan hard court tournament against Timea Babo’s Hungarian player Timea with 6:4,6:4.For Bondarenko it was only her second WTA title, her first tournament win nine years ago in Birmingham.The Ukrainian, former number 29 in the world, had become the mother of a daughter in 2013.
