BBL: Ulm achieves third victory in a row

The three-time runner-up ratiopharm Ulm is slowly gaining momentum after a bad start in the Bundesliga. Last season’s main round winner celebrated his third consecutive victory in the 88:77 (39:40) against the Löwen Braunschweig.

The decision was made in the last quarter, when Ulm turned a 64:64 into an 83:68 lead within a few minutes. Ulmers Per Günther, Trey Lewis (both 17 points), Luke Harangody (14) and Ryan Thompson (10) scored double-digit goals for Ulm, who started the season with four defeats.

While the team from Baden-Württemberg, with 8:10 points in the secured midfield, Braunschweig threatens to fight for class retention after their sixth defeat in nine games.
