US Open: Eurosport secures TV rights for the US Open until 2022

Eurosport has secured the European-wide broadcasting rights for the US Open in tennis until 2022. This means that three of the four Grand Slam tournaments will continue to be broadcast on the pan-European TV channel in the future, with the only exception being Wimbledon.

“We are pleased to extend our partnership and strengthen our position as a channel that shows the most exciting moments of the Grand Slam tournaments,”said Eurosport CEO Peter Hutton.

The German tennis fans can look forward to the analyses of Boris Becker. Eurosport and the six-time Grand Slam winner will continue to work together at the tournaments in Melbourne, Paris and New York in 2018.
