ATP: Juan Martin del Potro – The Retro Vacationer

Juan Martin del Potro knows how to spend a holiday – and attaches particular importance to recreation, including mental and analogical fitness.

We recently learned about how to take a real holiday, for example, one way or another. It became clear that most of the professionals alternated the chilled beach holiday with boating, water skiing or at least bicycle tours.

Juan Martin del Potro, on the other hand, seems to concentrate on pure relaxation. After a strenuous season, the Argentinean had already said goodbye to vacation before the ATP finals, but as a second replacement he simply did not want to go to London.

Rightly, you might think in these photos, and Delpo seems to like the holiday more comfortable – alone, in pairs or with a cold drink.

Which makes the tower of Tandil particularly likeable once again: It has also during the vacation the peace away. Who, please, of all the world’s tennis pros, would actually still be on the beach with a crossword puzzle magazine these days?
